Araceli Guenther, Partner Ms. Guenther has over 15 years executive management experience and a proven ability to create cost savings by increasing efficiencies and reducing expenses while improving methodologies and processes. She has a thorough understanding of all facets of business with the expertise to oversee and direct complex, bottom-line oriented, high visibility projects.

She has contributed creative and unique solutions across various industries and in categories ranging from Cold Chain Distribution, Packaging, MRO, Manual Packing, Front End Operations, Back End Operations, IT Consulting, Temporary Staffing, Advertising & Marketing. Over the past few years, Ms. Guenther has directed numerous projects for companies in the U.S, and Europe. She has reviewed over $ 3 billion in spend and has been responsible for producing and implementing savings strategies of over $ 400 million.

Previously, Ms. Guenther was also founder and CEO of INTAG, a company that designed and manufactured state-of-the-art packaging for perishable products for the food and floral industry in Latin America for growers exporting to the U.S., Europe and Asia. Ms. Guenther was responsible for Sales & Marketing and Design as well as overall operations of the company. Prior to starting her own business, she was Vice President of International Private Banking for Bank One Texas.

Ms. Guenther has a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking and Finance. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in German . An advocate for community involvement, Ms. Guenther has held leadership positions on the Board of the SA Food Bank, Senior Community Services, Girls & Boys Town, Small/Minority owned Business Advisory Board and the Mayor's Blue Ribbon Commission on the Economy.

Herb Cohen, PARTNERMr. Cohen has a history of successfully developing and growing businesses.  As a co-founder and Partner in Emerging Strategies Group, Mr. Cohen provides direction and oversight for all Marketing related activities.

Mr. Cohen’s entrepreneurial career began when he co-founded 800-THE-PROS, and over the next 15 years the business grew to 300 employees and operated in 9 states. In addition to 800-THE-PROS, Mr. Cohen has started various other businesses including:

• Web Nation Video is a company that focuses on creating engaging, custom short videos for corporations addressing new product introductions through employee recruitment.  
• Executive Leaders Radio is a specialized radio program that conducts interviews of CEO’s, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.  The interviews provide the listener with insight into the professional and personal aspects of leadership on the road to success and an in-depth sharing of obstacles and opportunities encountered on the road to success.  This powerful messaging has made ELR the leading show on WWDB-AM Philadelphia and has been syndicated to 31 markets.
• Quiq LLC., developed a system for physicians to prescribe and dispense pharmaceuticals in-office, gaining patient compliance through convenience.

John Vairo, PartnerMr. Vairo was cofounder of Emerging Technologies Consultants Inc, a software development and professional services firm which was sold to Braun Consulting in December, 1999.

Since the sale of his firm, Mr. Vairo has been an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Temple University, and currently serves as an advisor. Mr. Vairo brings 30 years of business experience to Emerging Strategies Group having held numerous management positions in sales, marketing and operations with high technology companies including Oracle and DuPont In addition, Mr. Vairo has earned degrees in Marketing and Business from the University of Hartford and S.U.N.Y.

Jose Aguayo, Project Manager Jose has extensive experience in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management Fields. He held Supply Chain positions in different capacities for Ortho McNeil, Nabisco, Worthington-Armstrong, Siemens Medical and Pfizer. His major accomplishments include: forecasting strategy, designing scheduling process, inventory improvements, multiple plant capacity plan development and integrated distribution networks both forward and reverse logistics. Additionally, Jose has led teams and excelled at project management within the business process space as well as systems development life cycle. Jose also is an active Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix Online for Supply Chain and Operations Management Programs.

STEPHEN KRAMER, PROJECT MANAGER Mr. Kramer has over 15 years' experience of delivering cost savings, implementing process improvements, and executing business development solutions for clients. His strong focus on international business has afforded him the opportunity to work with global leaders in industries ranging from Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Manufacturing to Oil & Gas and Logistics.

Mr. Kramer also has great interest in and experience with e-business practices, including product development, process flow mapping, monetization strategies, search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), and on-line advertising. In January 2010 he successfully launched a website to help users learn foreign language vocabulary and is continuing to work on the site's development with the injection of new private investment.

Mr. Kramer holds an Executive MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. He speaks Polish fluently and has a strong working knowledge of German.
